I was referred to Pacific Electric by Adam at Robco Solar, so I know that I could trust these guys to do a great job, and I was correct. There was excellent communication before and after the job. My technicians were Austin Hernandez and Andy Lopez. They were both extremely nice guys who arrived on time.Their work was clean and perfect. We had several things done from changing out old fluorescent to LEDs to going outside and putting in a 50 amp plug for our RV. They worked fast and efficiently. Everything was neat and clean when they left and worked perfectly. I will definitely use Pacific Electric again and would confidently refer them to anyone who needs a good honest electrician. They even do 10% discount for Seniors or Veterans!

Technician showed up on time. Something rare in today’s times. Communication was great and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend for anything you need Great job guys!

Kenneth and Austin were awesome! Kenneth came the first time and took care of a bunch of little electrical issues quickly and professionally. He came back with Austin to install a ceiling fan in a high-ceilinged room that previously did not have one, and they did a great job -- again efficiently and professionally. We will call Pacific for all our future electrical needs.

I reached out to Pacific Electric on a Wednesday morning and a technician was at my home making the repairs by 8am the next day! Their front office called and texted me to arrange the appointment—so incredibly efficient. On the day of the repairs the technician, Ken Giles, called me to let me know he was en route and he or his office sent a photo of Ken so I would know what he looked like prior to arrival—wonderful safety feature!! Ken arrived as scheduled make the necessary repairs and was so kind, efficient and professional. I’ll only use Pacific Electric Inc, going forward! I was referred to Pacific Electric by a coworker and her husband after they had a great experience getting some electrical work done at their home. I used Pacific Electric Inc at my business to install a 50 amp outlet where I can plug in an air conditioner to train my employees. The install is clean and neat just like their field staff. The guys were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I will definitely use them again as we upgrade our work shop and office as well as at my home as I need maintenance or repairs. Thank you for showing up on time and getting the job done for us. We had some rewiring done and a few lights installed. From start to finish, the company was great to work with from customer service to the technicians that came out.. Leo and Travis did the work at our house and were wonderful, professional and efficient. Finished up in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the service we received and already recommended them to my neighbor. It’s nice to work with a company that still takes pride in their work and insures that the customer is satisfied. Will use them for any future work that we do.

Pacific Electric was very professional and courteous from start to finish. They sent a very knowledgeable estimator, followed by two equally professional and courteous technicians to the work.

Pacific Electric handled several issues efficiently. They replaced a bad receptacle and installed some new smoke detectors being replaced. They showed up on time and gave a 30 minute warning before arriving. The work was all done quickly, within the first hour.

I’m a repeat customer. Consistently receive great professional service. I called for an appointment to have two timer outlet switches for back yard lights installed and to troubleshoot and fix illuminated address plate that was going on and off intermittent. Got an over the phone estimate for these repairs. Service tech, Kenneth, came out conducted all the installs and repairs. Great customer service, professionalism, and proficiency. I do/will continue to use them for my electrical needs.

Grate service

My experience with Pacific Electric was awesome. I called on a Saturday and reached a call center and was able to talk to a human. She was very well informed and very professional. Austin Hernandez was the technician that responded to the requested work order. He called when he was on the way, once he had evaluated the situation, and again when he had completed the work. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service and electrician. I picked them by their reviews and was not disappointed. Installed a ceiling fan and found and repaired issue with light fixture installed by someone else. Will be scheduling again for another fan installation and new light fixture and dimmer installation. Highly recommend
